Sportsmansauction.com has been launched by outdoor enthusiasts to give people like us a group portal to sell, buy and make direct transactions with others having similar interests. Only items related to outdoor sporting activities will be accepted.
Our mission, if we are going to auction off our possessions, is to do our part in giving back to the outdoors in which we enjoy. We will donate a percentage of our profits to directly support the sports activities that are dear to our members hearts.
While still being finalized, our philanthropic criteria, giving guidelines and nomination process will allow both national and local non-profits as well as your community projects to apply for grants from Sportsmansauction.com.
We will accept requests for donations every quarter and they will be voted on by our members in the polling section of www.sportsmansalmanac.com.
However idealistic this concept appears - we are committed to starting somewhere and hope you will join us in this endeavor.
We hope with this auction our voices will be heard and make a positive and effective impact on worthy environmental, conservation and enhancement causes that are dear to our own and our members sporting interests.
